„I am not very happy with the service of this company. So the sales person we initially made the contract left the branch the very next day unavailable to answer our questions! And he didn't even inform us or handed us over to another colleague in a proper manner. So needless to say they obviously they couldnt keep the original delivery date.. after waiting some weeks for the new guy the order was placed and we had to fight for a reasonable delivery date. The kitchen installation guys from nobilia were very professional and that was the only good part of my experience! We got temporary kitchen taps as the one we ordered was not available. So after the installation we went and spoke to the meda küchen guys and they assured that it should come in 2-3 weeks. Now one month later there is still no news from them. When I finally went to them, they said they will follow up centrally and there is nothing more they can do! 🤯 So now I have no idea what will happen next but maybe it will be worthwhile for the next purchasers to make the final payment after everything is done and not before."

„Our experience with MEDA has unfortunately been mixed and deteriorating. We ordered two kitchens from them in February 2025. Mr. Sattler's consultation was very professional, friendly, accommodating, and comprehensive, and we felt well taken care of. One kitchen was installed in October (0759T9) and the other in November (0759TA). The latter was scheduled for installation in two days, and the installers worked well, were friendly, and largely without errors. The forgotten, but ordered, electrical outlets in the kitchen island were thankfully installed after some persuasion by the electrician who happened to be present, working in conjunction with him. The first kitchen, installed in October, was scheduled for one day, which apparently led to significant time pressure. Towards the end, the installers' communication became unprofessional and curt, and their work was sloppy in several places during installation. Here, too, the clearly agreed-upon electrical outlets in the kitchen island were forgotten, and they claimed that this was not part of the contract. When my mother tried to note this on the delivery slip or anywhere else, the installers turned off the lights (the apartment was under renovation and without lighting at the time) and simply left my mother standing in the dark kitchen. Mr. Sattler assured us (after it became very difficult to reach him again) that he was sorry, but that he had already scheduled a follow-up appointment to rectify the installation errors and, in particular, the missing electrical outlets. After a month without any feedback and again difficult contact, he said that things always take a little longer in the run-up to Christmas, but that the necessary parts would arrive before Christmas. Over the New Year and into January, we heard nothing despite inquiries, and there was a complete lack of communication from MEDA. Last week, I reminded them that the installation had been completed four months prior and nothing had happened since, requesting an update by the end of the week. Nothing has happened since. There has been absolutely no communication. Therefore, I unfortunately feel compelled to write this 1-star review, hoping that something will finally be done. We visited several kitchen showrooms, and MEDA made the best impression. However, you get the feeling that you're left on your own from the moment the full price is paid (which even has to be done before installation!). This is all very disappointing, because if MEDA had maintained the positive impression and professionalism they displayed before payment throughout the entire process, including during and after installation, they would have deserved 5 stars."

„We planned and ordered our new kitchen from Meda Küchen Wiesbaden Nordenstadt at the beginning of January 2026. In the large showroom, we were able to see all the materials, fronts, fixtures, etc., in person. The selection is vast, which was very helpful during the planning phase. During our two appointments, Mr. Markovic took plenty of time and provided us with thorough and professional advice. He took all the special requirements of our kitchen into account and addressed our wishes. Now, a month later, the final measurements have already been taken. We are looking forward to a smooth delivery and installation!"
