„I got a recommendation from my friend to checkout this kitchen studio. I don't have much experience on setting up a kitchen so their consultant helped me a lot through the process, they also have an application that makes the communication easier and provides the inspiration of example kitchens and more insight about at which stage I am in the process which I find really helpful because sometimes I feel lost because my weak German. Another positive thing that I received some samples sent to my home from the company so that I can have a better feeling of what I was spending money on. It could be even much better if they could speed up the delivery. But in general, I strongly recommend this kitchen studio."

„I am currently very disappointed. The initial consultation and the planning process at the kitchen studio were very pleasant and professional. The advice was competent, and they took plenty of time to plan the kitchen individually with me. Crucial to my purchase decision was the visualization with VR glasses, which, according to the advertising, would allow me to experience my kitchen realistically and examine it in detail. This technology is touted as a modern advantage, allowing me to walk through the kitchen, assess proportions, and confidently make design decisions before placing the final order. However, before the last appointment, I was informed that the VR glasses had long since stopped working and therefore could not be used! While the studio is currently trying to present the plan to me visually on the computer, this in no way replaces a genuine VR experience. For me, this represents a broken promise made through advertising, as the use of the VR glasses was explicitly a selling point and a central element in the decision-making process. The fact that this technology is unavailable is highly misleading, as it was advertised as a feature that cannot actually be implemented. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful, but the promised VR experience, which was a key factor in my purchase decision, was not delivered. Therefore, my review is somewhat mixed. I'll wait and see how the final appointment goes and, more importantly, how the kitchen delivery and installation go, and then I'll update this review."

„We will definitely never buy a kitchen here again! The initial consultation and the entire kitchen planning process were great. We were promised many things that they did better than other kitchen manufacturers. They repeatedly emphasized their price guarantee, assuring us there would be no additional costs later. This very positive first impression was then significantly tarnished by the contract presented to us. The terms and conditions included considerably worse warranty provisions than legally required. When we pointed this out, we were initially told we could sign it as is, since the relevant clauses were legally invalid anyway. That's not what professionalism looks like. After a comprehensive revision of the contract terms, we ended up purchasing a kitchen in the upper price range. After installation, the real nightmare began. Visible damage to the countertop was blamed on the manufacturer, and they are now demanding additional payments for other crucial features we requested, which they hadn't included in the configuration during the planning process without informing us. Highly unprofessional: A large portion of the communication is conducted by phone, and afterwards, everyone has very different recollections of things that were supposedly discussed differently "from the beginning." The previously very friendly customer service representatives suddenly show their completely different, unservice-oriented, and simply rude side. We would definitely not buy a kitchen from this company again."
