„We needed kitchen plans for our new build even during the planning phase. We were able to get an appointment at short notice and received very friendly advice from Mr. Kamitter. Our agreed budget was adhered to, our needs (as much storage space as possible in our small kitchen) were taken into account, and potential problems were anticipated. As construction progressed, Mr. Kamitter came to the site to take measurements again. The delivery and installation of the kitchen also went smoothly. „About two weeks ago, my sixteen-year-old (built-in) dishwasher gave up the ghost. It quickly became clear that I also wanted to take the opportunity to replace the already ailing washing machine and the combination cooker/oven. The challenge: the old appliances not only had to be removed and disposed of (which every company in the industry is legally obligated to do these days), but also disconnected from the water and electricity supply and removed. And for this, I didn't want to have to coordinate several companies; I wanted a single point of contact for the service. After my attempts to negotiate with the penny pinchers, the savvy shoppers, and the online retailers quickly failed, I turned to a long-established company here in Eller: Walgenbach. So, on Wednesday, January 28th, around 1:30 p.m., I entered their store on Gumbertstrasse with a rough idea of ​​the appliances I wanted. After browsing the large appliances department for a bit, my consultation with Ms. Bergmann began around 2:00 PM. She impressed me not only with her extensive expertise but also with her exceptional dedication. Needless to say, I was more than satisfied with the service. Around 5:00 PM (I'm getting on in years and need a lot of explanations), after a great consultation and excellent communication between Ms. Bergmann, the Walgenbach technicians, and Walgenbach Lierenfeld, it was confirmed that on February 3rd, I would be getting four new Siemens appliances installed and replaced with four old ones. The service day arrived quickly and went smoothly. The Walgenbach employees know their stuff; every move was precise, and they explained everything as needed during the installation and removal process. The entire job took about three hours. A top-notch job! ' ... For those who need a more concise summary (young people these days probably call it tl;dr): Walgenbach is an excellent place to go for people who want to buy large kitchen appliances and/or need a certain level of service that some of the more aggressive salespeople haven't been able to provide for a long time. To be fair, it should be mentioned that this kind of service is reflected in the price, but it's better to pay a little more than to have to complain about shortcomings later. Top service. Top job. 11 out of 10. Would break my dishwasher again."

„My mother actually only wanted a new stove due to her advanced age, but thanks to Mr. Kniest's competent and very patient advice, she is now delighted with a small and easy-care kitchen unit with the built-in stove she desired.
