„This review wasn't written during the initial hype. We've been using our new kitchen from Magni Küche for almost two years now and are still more than thrilled with it, the quality, and especially the pre-purchase consultation. But let's start from the beginning: We visited a total of five different kitchen suppliers beforehand and sought advice. From the usual suspects to Magni Küche, we saw it all. Overall, we were most impressed with the consultation and the innovative approach at Magni Küche. We had a few specific requirements we absolutely wanted to incorporate. For example, a thin but sturdy worktop made of white frosted glass. Visually and in terms of quality, it's a real highlight. The other suppliers mostly only offered stone or the 5 cm thick particleboard options. We got our desired color and many features we hadn't even considered before our first visit with Mr. Sturm. Due to the pandemic (as they say), it was a real challenge for both sides. Of course, we wanted our new kitchen as soon as possible, and Mr. Sturm did everything he could to fulfill this wish. However, the manufacturer was experiencing some difficulties with material supplies and production restrictions due to the current situation. As a result, for example, a door, a shelf, and a panel were not aesthetically pleasing (scratches, chips) and had to be replaced. This was not Magni Küche's fault, though. Mistakes happen. Mr. Sturm and the installer who fitted our kitchen maintained a consistently high level of service throughout the entire process, right up to the final invoice, as one would expect from professionals. Now, one might assume that this quality, the wide range of extra features, and the innovative design would be exorbitantly more expensive than with other kitchen suppliers. Far from it. After all, we're talking about the price of a good mid-range car, and this investment should be carefully considered. Mr. Sturm and the installer who fitted our kitchen maintained a consistently high level of service, as one would expect from professionals. All the extras and kitchen innovations offered, which were subject to sound advice and therefore came at an additional cost, were ordered by us without us ever feeling that they would drastically exceed our budget. That wasn't the case. Quality and innovation simply cost money, and the customer makes the purchasing decision—not the salesperson. Our kitchen isn't a cheap kitchen, nor is it comparable to products from (Swedish) furniture stores. It's from a renowned manufacturer with fantastic and innovative features, boasting a stunning design, and is therefore absolutely worth the price. We can wholeheartedly and without reservation recommend Magni Küche and especially Mr. Sturm. At no point did we feel like we were making any decisions on our own. We would give the same advice to future Magni Küche customers, because our kitchen is truly something to be proud of. The feedback from everyone in our family and circle of friends has been absolutely enthusiastic. It's so much fun to live and eat in this kitchen (which, visually, you'd never guess has been used for cooking and working in for over a year). In short: pay a visit to Magni Küche in Braunschweig and you'll experience the difference that good advice makes. We are absolutely 100% satisfied and thrilled."
