From the very first conversation and throughout the entire planning process, we felt we were in the best hands with Mr. Rammbacher. He listened to all our wishes and even contributed his own ideas, so we ended up with the plan for our dream bathroom. „The customer is king – Mr. Rambacher and his team live by this motto 100% every day. That's why we're giving them 5 stars! Star number one is for Mr. Rambacher's excellent and expert advice. Even when the client suddenly falls in love with new floor tiles, requiring a complete bathroom redesign (much to her husband's dismay), Mr. Rambacher remains unfazed. Star number two is for Mrs. Rambacher's beautifully executed bathroom sketch, which is incomparable to a computer-generated plan. This picture will have pride of place in our home! And when the work begins... you have a very friendly team of tradespeople working in your house. They deserve our third star. They work quickly and as cleanly as possible, and even contribute their own suggestions for improvements that weren't considered during the planning phase. For example, they replaced our demolished bathtub with a shower. The space gained wouldn't have allowed for underfloor heating in that area. An extension to the underfloor heating was quickly installed, and we'll have warm feet there from now on. The local tradespeople deserve special praise – whether the K&B employees or the external contractors like the tilers, carpenters, or painters. Always friendly and polite, and even grateful for a coffee. The team is rounded out by the colleagues in the office who coordinate the work of the various trades. Here, too, we were always treated kindly and politely – even when the client, due to the holidays, wished things could move a little faster. Thank you so much for your patience! They truly deserve that fourth star. Yes, it has to be admitted that a new bathroom with Mr. Rambacher isn't cheap, as the largest portion of the cost goes towards the tradespeople's hourly wages. However, if, like us, you come from another state and don't have any friends with DIY skills, a project involving so many different trades is very difficult, if not impossible. These days, it's nearly impossible to find a reliable tradesperson who has the time. And ultimately, you want to finish at some point and not spend a year living on a construction site in the dirt. Mr. Rambacher's promised timeframe of approximately six weeks was definitely met – that's why we award him the last star. And now we're enjoying a fantastic new bathroom with a vacation feel and a lighthouse. Our guest bathroom could also use a bit of a makeover. If we tackle this project again in a year or two, we'll certainly visit Mr. Rambacher again for his advice."
